Using your administrative and organisational skills you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective Training co-co-ordination for a large team of multiskilled Trainers/Assessors, organising training and assessments for internal and external customers and ensuring that all the processes and systems are aligned to the needs of the business and industry standards.
A new function in our Moorepay business, our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) will play a critical role in the ongoing management and health of our customers.
