As a Customer Service & Admin Team Leader you will lead the O2C & P2P admin & UK customer services team, providing services to the business and their customers along with administrative duties for UK & International entities.
Main Responsibilities
Lead a team to handle all customer service contacts through to resolution providing a great customer experience for the UK business.
35 hours per week / Hybrid ( Must have claims experience)
