This is a key customer facing role predominantly telephony based helping to assist our client's clients' and their customers find the right solution to their queries.
Based in beautiful offices located in Central London this role will see you managing a team of agents taking incoming and making outgoing calls to both the general public and associated partners.
With a rota covering Monday to Saturday, 9 - 5.30 (not every Saturday would be worked with a day off given in the week) this could be the next role for you.
