Our client who are an innovative and family run business based in Stonehouse, have an exciting opportunity for Customer Sales Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to own the operational administration, keeping a tight ship and grow with a rapidly changing business! Responsibilities: Support the installations manager with warranty claims as required, including delivery coordination, the checking of goods against purchase orders, keeping customers updated, and scheduling installations appointments Data entry for insurance registrations Handle all enquiries with one touch contact, via the telephone wherever possible Scheduling quotes, technical survey and showroom appointments Input data into the systems to generate detailed supplier and customer quotes, technical survey sheets, order forms and picking notes Cross check documents to ensure accuracy during critical parts of the customer's sales journey and take responsibility to resolve any identified inaccuracies in a timely manner Handle all enquiries with one touch contact, via the telephone wherever possible Support the installations manager with deliveries, including delivery coordination, checking goods off against purchase orders and keeping customers up to date as required, and scheduling installation appointments Provide quotes to customers Candidate Attributes: Proactive and adaptable with a "can do" attitude Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Enthusiastic and methodical approach to learning Able to work independently following an initial training period Able to take responsibility and ownership of tasks Hours - Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm Salary - Up to £25,500 depending on experience quarterly sales bonus
