Our manufacturing client based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire is a global provider of high-performance solutions are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis whilst the company recruit for a permanent team member.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records; allocating cash receipts against invoices, issue of customer statements and invoices
- Collection of amounts due from customers on a timely basis
- Processing of credit notes
- Checking customer's credit eligibility and inputting into the approval process.
- Negotiating payment plans and setting up terms and conditions
- Implementing changes in the company's credit control system
- Weekly payroll processing
- Support preparation of monthly management accounts
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reporting
- Daily bank reconciliations
Hours - Monday - Thursday 8.30am -5pm &Friday 8.30am - 4pm (39 hours per week)
Salary - Up to £17 per hour
