I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Service role, to join a well-established client, on a 4-month temporary, full-time and hybrid basis, with an hourly rate of £12.
Ideally, you'll have previous experience in financial services/banking.
You will be taking inbound calls from existing and prospective customers regarding an extensive product range, with the overall objective of booking an appointment for an experienced sales advisor to offer an inhouse demonstration and quote.
There is absolutely no cold calling, it will be following up on warm leads to customers expecting a phone call and looking for more information.
