Inbound Customer Service / Helpdesk

Working as part of a friendly team , we are seeking a talented individual to join this growing business.

This is a full-time, permanent position for someone looking to build their career within Customer Services or Helpdesk.

Position - Help Desk Operator (inbound Customer Service)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support via phone, email, or chat
  • Be able to process all incoming telephone traffic by following clients procedures in accordance with Client instructions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
  • Log all interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of problems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a help desk or customer service role preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

About the Role:

Hours-37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday. No evenings.

1 in 4 weekends (2 days in lieu received)

Free parking on site
