Our client is seeking a hands-on Customer Service Manager to oversee a customer service team and ensure a seamless journey for their clients from the initial enquiry through to invoicing.
The successful candidate will lead a team of four, manage delivery issues, generate quotes, liaise with the transport department, and support the commercial sales team with account management and upselling while delivering clients' SLA's.
