We are currently supporting our Client in the recruitment of a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support Technician to provide technical support to end-users who need assistance with their IT Services.
This Client needs a customer-focused team player with 1-3 years' experience of working within a similar IT Support Technician role, experience in Microsoft 365, Voip, Network Management and Desktop and Server management required.
The perfect candidate will be enthusiastic and positive towards their work, with fantastic attention to detail, be organised and be able to prioritise issues and requests as they come in.
Working in a manual intensive role, building timber frame sides.
Use of handheld tools such as nail guns and riveters.
