The purpose of a Transport Debrief Clerk is providing administration support to the transport office, to ensure the drivers are fully briefed on their route and fully debriefed on return, in line with company procedures and legal requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibility for the POD (proof of delivery) process, ensuring all POD's are processed and managed in line with company procedures and sent to the relevant department.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Breakdown Customer Care/Sales and Renewals Handler to join our team who will provide an efficient and professional service to our clients by offering the highest levels of Customer service whilst carrying out day to day administration ensuring tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently within the agreed timescales.

The role is full time working Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm working on a hybrid basis once trained.
