Must have previous experience with processing & completing entries using CDS (Experience must include either of the following - Deep sea ocean freight clearances or European road freight clearances).
Proven successful track record of at least two years working for a small to medium sized freight forwarder.

Job Role
Ensuring timely receipt of complete documents from our agents, verifying the accuracy of costs/credits based on tariffs, agreements, and exceptions lists.
Taking charge and assuming responsibility for assigned trade lanes, starting from the initial communication with the origin of container loadings for the specified period, through to delivering/releasing consignments to the consignee.
Monitoring weekly volumes from each trade lane and documenting them in a personal loading log.
I am working with a long standing Freight Forwarding company who due to continued growth are expanding their team and searching for a Customer Service Advisor with experience working within Sea, Air or Road freight.
