Hales Group are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with excellent administration skills to provide a comprehensive 'one stop' service for customers reporting general property related issues, then scheduling resources to ensure that customers are provided with a timely response.
This is a high paced customer services role, excellent telephone manner and IT skills are essential, good communication skills and customer service experience.
Duties will include
Providing the first point of contact for tenant, housing officer and stake holder enquiries and providing appropriate advice and information on Housing Repairs and Maintenance.
You'll do everything from checking off deliveries to dealing with enquiries or ensuring that the shelves are fully stocked with well-presented products.
