Work shift flexibility can be offered - core hours of 9am to 4pm must be covered for 4 days and earlier finish on a Friday (30 mins).
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Customer Experience Team Members work 3 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 10pm, including both weekend days and one evening per week dependent on business needs.

Working with our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for in person customer engagement in communities, before, during and after planned works.
You'll work alongside our operational teams to identify any customers that require extra help as we go about our works and put plans in place to ensure any potential disruption is minimised.
