We are currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to join our well-established client based in their Portsmouth office. This is a great opportunity for someone with similar experience, or someone from retail/hospitality who is looking for an office role.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards.
- Handling various customer contacts across multiple channels.
- Logging and analysing customer interactions for improvements.
- Collaborating with operational teams to address customer needs promptly.
- Addressing customer complaints
The ideal candidate:
- Passionate about customer service.
- Strong communication
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask
Please note, the hours for this role will be shits between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and the occasional Saturday working 8am 4pm.
