Starting Salary - £22,680 (Increasing with tenure) Progression Opportunities 12 Month FTC Full time 37.5 hours a week We are collaborating with a large, multinational, manufacturing company based in North Bristol that specialises in signing, printing and vehicle wrapping. Due to maternity cover, our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to come in on a 12 month contract to provide a strong customer experience by solving any problems customers may have. What you'll be doing? Dealing with customer orders and requests as well as any problems that arise until the customer is satisfied Providing tailored and innovate solutions through product, application and industry knowledge Working on an internal CRM and updating movement or solutions from conversations with customers Staying updated on artist facts to engage confidently with clients Providing customer feedback on product, application and industry trends Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries and giving a professional and personable service What you'll need to apply?
