We are collaborating with a large, multinational, manufacturing company based in North Bristol that specialises in signing, printing and vehicle wrapping.

Due to maternity cover, our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to come in on a 12 month contract to provide a strong customer experience by solving any problems customers may have.

What you'll be doing?

  • Dealing with customer orders and requests as well as any problems that arise until the customer is satisfied
  • Providing tailored and innovate solutions through product, application and industry knowledge
  • Working on an internal CRM and updating movement or solutions from conversations with customers
  • Staying updated on artist facts to engage confidently with clients
  • Providing customer feedback on product, application and industry trends
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries and giving a professional and personable service

What you'll need to apply?

  • Previous experience working in a customer focused environment
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills

  • Starting salary of £22,680 increasing with tenure up to £27,500
  • £250 bonus after six months
  • £2500 commission after 12 months (based on company performance)
