Customer Service Representative Annual Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 Location: Colnbrook Job Type: Full-time My client is looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong command of the English language. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively within a team. This role involves multitasking and maintaining good organisational abilities to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient administrative operations. Day-to-day of the role: Listen carefully to understand customers' circumstances and needs. Answer all customer queries and bookings via phone, email, and internet. Achieve individual daily targets as set by the Customer Service Manager. Chase delivery reports to keep clients informed about their deliveries. Perform general administrative tasks. Assist with receiving and processing shipments. Help with fulfilment projects. Work on a weekly shift basis, with hours ranging from early shifts starting at 7:30 am to late shifts ending at 8:00 pm. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills. Clear communication skills with a strong command of the English language. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team environment. Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities. Proven ability to handle customer queries and bookings effectively.
