Due to increased business, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our respected clients as a permanent Customer Service Advisor with Insurance experience in Hornchurch.
This role would suit a hardworking, driven, reliable candidate who is confident speaking on the phone as the majority of this role will be answering the phones and dealing with customer queries.
Additionally, you may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting the phone lines from customer queries and processing payments.
You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings.
