Customer Service Advisor

We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well established award winning company!

The role-

  • Assisting customers with any enquiries which could be sales, aftersales or chasing of deliveries
  • Processing Orders and along side this credit card transactions
  • Whilst processing orders maximising sales at every opportunity
  • Monitoring and responding to customers over a number of platforms, pone, email and a ticketing system
  • Liaising with a number of different departments to ensure a smooth customer service experience. These could be warehouse, couriers or the technical team.

The person-

  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Confident on the telephone.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Previous contact centre experience/customer service call centre experience is desirable but not a must.

The role is Monday-Friday 8.30-5pm.

There are plans to add a Saturday (idea of hours are 9-2.30pm) on a 1 in 4 basis, when this happens you will have a day off in the week so still working 5 out of 7. There is not set date on this yet but is something they are looking to include in the future.

The right person must have their own transport and be within a local travelling distance of Brentwood and Shenfield.
