We have been engaged on a Customer Service Advisor hire by one of the biggest Private Healthcare organisations in the UK.
This is a full time position that will focus on administration for the hospital as well as ensuring that all customer enquiries are appropriately managed and solved in a first class manner.
The role will also include managing Consultant & Outpatient Appointments, Radiology Appointments, Inpatient, Day-case and Medical and Pre-assessment & Endoscopy bookings.

To deal with telephone enquiries housing repairs from customers in a professional manner, consistent with corporate customer services standards and targets.
