Job Title: Customer Service and Support Representative
Location: Remote (London preferred)
Contract Duration: 12 months
My client who is a leading provider in cloud-managed IT is seeking a Customer Service and Support Representative for a 12-month contract. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and assisting with return and refund queries from the customers.
Essential Skills:
- 1-2 years of transactional operations experience or 2 years of clerical or administrative experience in a field where attention to detail is critical, such as medicine or law, also considered.
- Excellent organisational and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with either Salesforce, Dynamics GP, Oracle, or any ERP systems.
