Customer Service Advisor -Birmingham remote initially -9am-5pm Monday-Friday -£23-28k DOE Due to growth, I'm recruiting for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the customers. Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries Assist customers with enquiries via live phone, live chat and email Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively assist customers! Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction The person: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role ideally Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving abilities and a A customer-centric mindset Ability to remain calm and composed in difficult situations Proficient in Microsoft office computer systems Ability to work well in a team environment Why join?
