Interaction Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our client in Birmingham.
Duties Include:
- General Administration.
- Data Inputting.
- Speaking to customers on the phone and passing them through to different departments.
- General filling and photocopying.
- Answering incoming telephone calls.
- Handling service issues.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday.
- 0900 - 1800
Essential Requirements:
- An excellent standard of comunication.
- Good IT skills.
