Interaction Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our client in Birmingham.

Duties Include:

  • General Administration.
  • Data Inputting.
  • Speaking to customers on the phone and passing them through to different departments.
  • General filling and photocopying.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls.
  • Handling service issues.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • 0900 - 1800

Essential Requirements:

  • An excellent standard of comunication.
  • Good IT skills.
