We are seeking an individual with customer service experience, you will have ideally have worked previously within a customer service focused environment, perhaps within an inbound and outbound contract centre or call centre environment.

The role
To provide assistance to the Sales Team and the Customer Service Team by placing orders, invoicing clients, responding to emails, answering phone calls, resolving issues and assisting Sales Managers.
We are looking for a positive and energetic Customer Service professional to join our client's during a busy period based in their friendly, family feel office in Westminster.
