The Customer Service Representative role is there to assist our customers; to resolve account queries, share information about our build phases, fibre-internet and generally be there to listen and assist with all of our customer's needs.

Training is office based
Office/WFH: Average working week is 3 days office, 2 days WFH.
Customer Service Representatives will handle all aspects of customer contacts via telephone and written correspondence and forms.
They will be responsible for managing their own time, attendance and punctuality and for ensuring they are familiar with the current Policies / Procedures, processing rules and navigation of the various systems deployed.
To provide a helpful, professional & efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the Customer Service Centre; across all contact channels, using the appropriate telephony system and social care case management system.
25 hours per week -
The shifts are Monday Friday 5:30pm 11:30pm and Sat/Sun 8am 11:30pm.
