Customer Service Consultant / Marden – Kent

An excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant has arisen with a market leading provider of SaaS solutions used by over 5,000 retailers. You will be managing double-digit annual growth, tackling online ordering and subscription management challenges. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will also take part in regular brainstorms as the company continues to grow.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent customer service by telephone and email
  • Working with the team to run a busy subscription platform
  • Update systems with relevant information
  • Manage customers orders and their expectations
  • Ensure that all customer queries are followed up and answered in a timely manner

Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices preferably gained at Contact/Call centre
  • Good level of computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Must have GCSE English and Maths as a minimum
  • Must be able to multi-task, be flexible and detail orientated yet see the bigger picture
  • Must have excellent communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary - £25,000 - £27,000
  • Full time 8.30am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays
