A Customer Service Coordinator is required by a local firm in Woking to answer emails and phone calls from customers and schedule engineers to repair and service, at the same time promoting the advantages of having a service maintenance agreement to customers.
This is an office based role only, no working from home.
Monday to Friday working in a busy, fast paced team.
My client based in West Molesey have a very well established and enviable reputation both in the UK and internationally and they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to cover a maternity leave contract for the next year with the possibility of this role becoming a permanent position.
The hours will be Mon - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
This will be a hybrid role potentially working 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
