Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial but not always essential.
