Our client based in Woking are seeking a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others!
Duties:
- Ensure clients receive appropriate emotional and physical care and support
- Carry out any administrative duties as required
- Plan and promote varied events
- Be responsible for new activity ideas
- Assist with content and creating a weekly newsletter
- Update social media accounts including Facebook
- Be responsible for ordering stock
- Assist new clients with on-boarding
- Assist with the running of the on-site shop including ordering supplies and taking payments
Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Experience of working in a support/customer focused role
- Ability to communicate effectively
- The ability to engage and build relationships with clients
- Excellent organisational skills
- Organisational administrative skills
