Customer Service Administrator

Our client based in Woking are seeking a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others!

Duties:

  • Ensure clients receive appropriate emotional and physical care and support
  • Carry out any administrative duties as required
  • Plan and promote varied events
  • Be responsible for new activity ideas
  • Assist with content and creating a weekly newsletter
  • Update social media accounts including Facebook
  • Be responsible for ordering stock
  • Assist new clients with on-boarding
  • Assist with the running of the on-site shop including ordering supplies and taking payments

Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service
  • Experience of working in a support/customer focused role
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • The ability to engage and build relationships with clients
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Organisational administrative skills
