Our Esher based client requires a Customer Service Executive to join their team.
The Customer Service Executive will deliver the best service possible to the assigned customer portfolio at every stage of the order, as well as supporting the Sales team according to Company procedures, being aware of the relevance of this area for commercial success.
Salary up to £25,000, hybrid working, 25 days holiday, Christmas closure & generous health cash plan.
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive with strong communication and problem solving skills, analytical skills, accuracy and the ability to work as part of a team.
You will have GCSE Maths & English, grade C or above and a 2nd language is very useful.
The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite, Excel in particular and ideally a knowledge of BI tools such as QLIK.
