Day-to-day of the role: Provide customer service and support to both existing and new customers, including general administrative duties. Conduct outbound telesales calls to generate new leads. Prepare and provide quotes to customers. Take bookings and arrange collections/deliveries. Engage in problem-solving to address any customer issues that may arise. Required Skills & Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of previous sales, customer service, or account management office experience. Fluent in spoken English.
