You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, order taking, checking stock availability, processing orders, scheduling customer orders, liaising with transportation, dealing with customer queries and general administrative duties.
Your new role
The hours for the position are 07:00 to 15:45 or 08:15 to 17:00.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers.
You will provide a professional and first class service at all times by answering in & outbound calls, live-chats and emails and manage customer complaints and queries.
Working in their busy customer service team you will act the first point of contact for existing customer needs.
