The Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Administrator & Customer Service Agent to join the team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in ecommerce operations while delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service via phone and email
- Manage and update product listings on our ecommerce platform
- Process orders and liaise with suppliers and couriers
- Use Microsoft Excel to manage stock levels, pricing, and reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
What We're Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Previous ecommerce experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Ideal for a recent graduate looking to grow in the ecommerce sector
