We are looking for a Customer Service & Export Coordinator to join our client's world class manufacturing company.In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer queries, processing orders, and coordinating the export of products to healthcare markets.
You will be working as part of a team to deliver customer and technical service support with a focus on delivering great customer service.
Working in a busy Service Desk environment you will be an escalation point for support cases raised by our partners, which have not been resolved at first line.
You'll do everything from checking off deliveries to dealing with enquiries or ensuring that the shelves are fully stocked with well-presented products.
In fact, time will fly by.
