Acorn by Synergie are proud to be recruiting for a Stores Person for their client located in Widnes.
The role is a temporary-to-permanent vacancy working for a friendly, family run business offering excellent working conditions.
Any applicants must have:
- RTITB or ITSSAR accredited FLT Counterbalance Licence refreshed within the last 3 years
- Full clean driving licence and be aged over 25 for insurance purposes
- Previous warehouse experience
- Good customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Experience of stock rotation and stock replenishment
- Previous experience of working in a stores environment
- IT Skills as stock is booked in and out on a computer system
The main duties of the role are:
- Picking and preparing stock for deliveries
- Regular use of flt counterbalance to load and unload stock
- Organise stock and keep the warehouse clean and tidy
- Check in and record stock as it arrives
- Stock counting and rotation
- Offering excellent customer service at all times
- Occasional support in delivery work
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday
- 7am to 4pm
Pay rate starts at £11.88 per hour
