Based in Portsmouth, our client is currently recruiting for sales and customer service advisors due to their recent expansion and high client demand.
Dealing with all aspects of our client's sales, customer service and promotions campaigns, these are varied roles requiring dedication, flexibility and a can do attitude.
You can expect to be handling 100-120 calls per day liaising with both clients and team members.
They are looking for a customer focused individual, to start Monday 28th October, who is able to work in a fast paced and reactive environment, where they are speaking to a range of customers and contractors on the phone in order to schedule and coordinate services and visits.

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer service executive to join a team whereby you would manage various client enquiries .
This position will allow you to work 2 days at home and 3 days in the offices
Whilst we can't make any promises right now, there is often potential for us to take on some seasonal colleagues on a permanent basis after the initial festive contract
