Rthirteen are partnering with a fantastic company, assisting in their search for a Customer Service Representativeto join their team.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
Working with well-known household brands used across the UK, your role will involve handling orders efficiently to meet customer requirements, preparing internal production orders, pricing, inventory, data processing and coordinating with supply chain.
You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings.
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs.
Additionally, you may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting the phone lines from customer queries and processing payments.
The role will initially commence on a temporary basis and will become permanent at the 13 week stage however permanent applications will be considered.
Inbound Customer Service Expert - Starting salary between £24,200 to £27,300 (depending on hours, skills and experience) plus additional benefits
Our standard full time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working).
However we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for enhanced 40 hour contract which has an enhanced salary of up to £31,200.
