Customer Service Advisor / Wymondham, Norfolk / 10 month FTC / £11.44 - £13.00 per hour
We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client on a fixed term contract for 10 months. This position is to cover a maternity leave however there could be a possibility of this role becoming permanent.
Start date will be early September 2024.
Part time or full time considered. Hours would be 9:00am to 4:30pm or 9:00am to 2:30pm both with 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
Duties include:
- Handling customer emails
- Receiving phone calls from customers
- Handling parcel returns
- Recording various stats from customer service
- Helping within dispatch at various points if you finish your customer service work.
- Dealing with payments from customers via PayPal and Stripe, as required. And putting orders on hold as needed.
- Approving wholesale customer account applications and requesting more information as needed.
- And many other varied tasks in connection with an Ecommerce company.
