We are recruiting for an exciting new Customer Service role with Honda Financial Services, who are seeking an experienced customer service agent who can provide an excellent level of service to their customers.
This is the perfect role for a graduate or a returner to work who has solid customer service experience and can commit to a 3 month rolling contract.
The successful candidate will ensure the department meets its service levels on phone calls , banking of manual payments , checking of finance documentation and response times in emails/letters .
We have been engaged on a Customer Service Advisor hire by one of the biggest Private Healthcare organisations in the UK.
This is a full time position that will focus on administration for the hospital as well as ensuring that all customer enquiries are appropriately managed and solved in a first class manner.
The role will also include managing Consultant & Outpatient Appointments, Radiology Appointments, Inpatient, Day-case and Medical and Pre-assessment & Endoscopy bookings.
