Our client, a well-established company in the Bracknell area - RG12 8HT, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum secondary level education with relevant work experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is desirable
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • Experience in supply chain and logistics is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with business partners on customer relationship management using SalesForce functionality
  • Providing service and support through various systems across a wide range of products
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service and timely resolution of queries.
  • Ensuring all transactions meet compliance standards and defined Service Level Agreements

We are looking for candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience in a B2B customer service role, who can demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be on-site for at least one day a week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining days.

This is a fixed-term contract with a competitive hourly rate ranging from £ 13.15 to £16.44. The assignment length is 2 years, and the working pattern is 8.30-5.pm.
