This position involves being a crucial part of the customer interface, requiring the candidate to provide exceptional customer service while supporting the planning and dispatch teams.
Monday Friday, 09:00 17:30 (37.5 hours)
The role demands navigating planning systems and customer relationship management systems efficiently to address client queries, resolve complaints, and maintain effective communication with over 1,800 customer sites and senior managers.
Working closely with the maintenance team you'll ensure all areas of the service are spotless and be able to confidently deliver high standard cleaning services.
You will be an integral part of the housekeeping team at a service for adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties, where you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms and visitors area.
