You will be working closely with account managers, providing first class customer service over the telephone and email.
Experience isn't essential in this role, full training will be provided, however you must have strong IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will report into the Customer Service Manager, ensuring that customers are provided with the upmost level of customer service.
