Customer Service Advisor

Are you an experienced Customer Services Executive? Are you looking for a new opportunity with a very competitive basic salary? The working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, it is an office-based role.

Join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to their customers. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The main duties will be:

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize strong English language skills to ensure clear and concise communication with customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of customer calls.
  • Utilize data entry skills to accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the system.
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit their requirements, showcasing upselling abilities.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality service delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
