I am working with a leading brand client to support the in recruiting a permanent Complaints Handler for their offices in Calcot, Reading.
As well as answering simple or complex customer questions, the Complaints Handler is fully empowered to provide bespoke solutions, which ensure that every customer received customer excellence with each interaction.
Due to continued growth within our company, we have an exciting opportunity for a Order Packer/Customer Service Assistant to join the enthusiastic team.
This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is passionate about providing a high standard of Customer Service and is looking to advance their career whilst gaining hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
It is a diverse role with tasks varying from day to day.
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and approachable individual with a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills to join our clients busy purchasing team.
Whilst experience in administration, purchasing, or customer service is advantageous, full and comprehensive training will be provided.
This is an onsite role based in Thatcham and the ideal candidate should be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
