Due to continued growth within our company, we have an exciting opportunity for a Order Packer/Customer Service Assistant to join the enthusiastic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is passionate about providing a high standard of Customer Service and is looking to advance their career whilst gaining hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. It is a diverse role with tasks varying from day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing/packing customer orders for despatch and accepting supplier stock deliveries, both of which come in all shapes and sizes and consist of a wide range of products
- Maintaining both their stock and returns databases by carrying out regular stock takes, accurately making necessary adjustments and corresponding with their suppliers to rectify delivery/returns discrepancies
Candidate Requirements
- Strong team work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent using Microsoft Word and Excel
- English Language GCSE Grade 3-4 (C-D) or above
- The ideal candidate will have an interest in the Music, Film & TV and/or Gaming industries.
