Are you a Customer Service Advisor looking to join a pioneering healthcare logistics company in a purposeful role?
You'll be working 37.5 hrs a week, Monday to Friday and will be paid £25,750 pro rata, FTC June 2025 at our site in Haydock and client site in Runcorn.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing prompt and accurate support to customers via phone and email, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered.

Weekly shift rotations: 8am - 4pm, 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm, 11.00 to 7pm and 12pm to 8pm ( 1 hour lunch), 2 x ten minute comfort breaks.
