Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Customer Service Senior Specialist to work for large organisation based in Milton Park, Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Senior Specialist
Meet all turnaround times, daily/weekly targets, and quality expectations daily management of own workload including prioritisation.
You'll do everything from checking off deliveries to dealing with enquiries or ensuring that the shelves are fully stocked with well-presented products.

This role provides 1st line technical support to our customers, troubleshooting problems remotely (by telephone, email or remote access) or scheduling Field Engineers to provide on-site break-fix support.
The KFP helpdesk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week (excluding Christmas Day).
This role sits within our Specialist Cleaning business division which provides deep cleaning, window cleaning, hygiene management, and industrial cleaning services to a wide range of prestigious clients.

We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator based in Oxford in OX14 working Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, you will be working on your own however lots of other people around you.
