This role involves managing customer queries, processing orders, and handling various administrative tasks via online portals and CRM systems.
In the administration aspect of the role, you will respond professionally and within a targeted timeframe to all inbound email inquiries, working closely with subscribers to ensure that all details are accurate and GDPR-compliant.
