They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Leeds team on a 2 month basis. Description As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be: Handle incoming calls as well as emails from customers Providing updates to the customer Liaising with suppliers Handling any customer complaints Ad-hoc duties as and when required Profile To be successful in this role: 1 year experience within Customer Service, particularly in a telephony role Ability to prioritise workload and organise tasks Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Professional and confident telephone manner Able to work on your own initiative, within a team environment Impeccable customer service skills Proven track record building and maintaining customer relationships Job Offer In return, our client can offer: 2 month temporary role Weekly pay Free on-site-parking
