We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Our Product Consultants are the face of our dealership and are responsible for guiding our guests through the vehicle buying process and ensuring they have an exceptional experience.
Support duties include desktop, laptop and tablet platforms, application software (including MS Office, Autodesk), mobile... phones, photocopiers (Ricoh and Konica) and Plotters (HP).
As IT Support Engineer, you will provide support across our remote sites (primarily Kent, Outer London and M11 corridor, however this is subject to expansion following contract wins) and providing cover in the office when not out on sites.
This role will be primarily based in the field travelling between sites during the week to provide a consistent level of support and training.
You'll grow brand awareness and develop loyalty through building influential relationships with stores and channel partners to drive sell out of devices.
Our Omnichannel Territory Manager will be core in driving commercial expertise across retail stores and contact centres across our channel partners.
